Women's Basketball looks to redeem early season loss to BSC Buffalo
Rochester, NY – The Bryant and Stratton women's basketball team continues their homestand on Sunday, as it welcomes Bryant and Stratton Buffalo for some conference action. The game will tip-off at 5:00 pm at Edison Tech High School.
Last Time Out: The Lady Bobcats picked up another win at home over Clarion University Saturday, as they bounced back from a 6 point halftime defecit. Dorian Sharp led the way with 18 points, while Kadijah Jones added 14 points of her own. Bryant and Stratton controlled the entire second half, securing the 72-62 win over the Golden Eagles. The team improved to 4-2 overall and picked up their 4th victory in a row.
Big Night off the Bench: Kadijah Jones and Keyanah Price provided a big spark for the Lady Bobcats in their comeback win over Clarion on Saturday. They were strong on the glass and together, combined to put up 25 points between one another in the victory.
Scouting BSC Buffalo: The Lady Bobcats of Buffalo come into Sunday's matchup with Rochester campus at 6-4, having lost two games in a row. They faced off against two NCAA DIII schools, in Babson College at University of Rochester, falling to both. BSC Buffalo and BSC Rochester matched up earlier in the season in Buffalo, with the home team coming out on top, 60-50.
Busy Weekend Ahead: After the matchup with BSC Buffalo, the Lady Bobcats will head to Clarkson University next Friday.
