ROCHESTER, NY - Taking on the top ranked team in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association was a tough task going into Friday's contest, and it proved to be every bit as tough. The Bryant & Stratton Buffalo Bobcats dropped their third straight game, falling to B&SC Rochester 7-1.
Aidan Byk got Buffalo on the board early as he kept his impressive freshman campaign going, scoring seconds into the contest to give Buffalo an early lead. But that lead was short lived as Rochester began to pour on the pressure, scoring its first goal at the six-minute mark, and second at the 15-minute mark. Rochester scored three goals in the first and four in the second half.
Goalkeeper Kevin Williams made six saves for Buffalo as Rochester held a 14-4 shot advantage. Rochester also took seven corners to Buffalo's one.
